Report: Health Care Bill Wouldn’t Raise Deficit

The Washington Post carries what could be big news in the progress of creating a new health care bill.

Congressional budget analysts sent out a projection claiming that the currently proposed health care bill could “dramatically shrink the ranks of the uninsured” while not increasing the federal budget deficits.

As we’ve outlined many times here, there are some serious medical insurance problems in this country. Too many people can’t the coverage we need and end up with out of control medical bills.

We won’t be endorsing any plan, but we are for any actions that provide greater and better health care while helping people get medical debt relief.

While there is still a long way to go before any bill might be passed, it’s worth watching developments that could lead to expanded “coverage to an additional 29 million Americans.”

That’s a lot of people! What are your thoughts? Will this measure provide real medical debt relief? Do you need medical bill help? Let us know!
